Founder, Srishti Consulting
Ritu Jain is a seasoned Business Consultant and the Founder of Srishti Consulting. An engineering graduate from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, she also holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
With over 20 years of corporate experience, Ritu brings deep, hands-on exposure across multiple industries and sectors—spanning Fortune 500 IT majors such as IBM and HP, large conglomerates including Honeywell and SRF, and Indian MSMEs like Saan Global. This cross-sector experience has given her a rare, 360-degree perspective on how businesses operate at different stages of scale, across diverse market dynamics, customer segments, and organizational complexities.
She began her career in technical roles at HP and later transitioned into Product Management, drawn by the opportunity to influence the complete product lifecycle—from ideation to market launch and beyond. Over the years, Ritu has led Product Management functions and spearheaded several New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, playing a critical role in developing new offerings, transitioning and repositioning existing products, and creating entirely new product categories. Her work has consistently been grounded in strong customer and ecosystem insights, ensuring that innovation is both market-relevant and commercially viable.
In June 2022, Ritu founded Srishti Consulting to bring this cross-industry, operator-led experience to entrepreneurs and business leaders. In her client engagements, she leverages learnings from multiple sectors, applies proven frameworks in contextually relevant ways, and helps clients make informed strategic decisions by drawing on patterns and best practices observed across industries. Her approach combines strategic clarity with practical execution.
Ritu strongly believes in building businesses with solid fundamentals and achieving growth that is profitable, sustainable and resilient—principles that form the cornerstone of her work with every client. She is an active member of several industry forums and communities, including TiE Delhi NCR and WECommunity, a women business group of WEConnect International.

Prior to his current role, he was Head of Global Engineering and R&D at Hughes Software Systems (HSS) and served on its Board as well. Before HSS, Vinod worked with C-DOT where he was part of the core team which designed India 1st Digital Switch. He is a veteran of hi-tech software industry, during his career span of 38 years he has built high performance teams at premier R&D organizations in India. Mr. Vinod has an exceptional track record of building profitable and sustainable institutions from conceptualization to maturity.
He was member of NASSCOM Engineering R&D council, Chair of the Northern Regional Council and core member of the NASSCOM DeepTech club.
